Do you make everything by hand?
Yes, I make every product myself, and I write out every name so every order is 100% original and yours :)
When will my order ship?
Production time on most items is 10-14 business days. Individual products may have a shorter shipping window, so please check individual product description before purchase. If you need an item sooner, please make sure to email goldieletterco@gmail.com prior to purchase. Orders will ship together, even if items in order have different production times.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping companies. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Most of our products are personalized.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please email goldieletterco@gmail.com and we can discuss your options and find the best solution!
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unpersonalized. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at goldieletterco@gmail.com
But what if I want to buy Valentine's Day stuff in November, can I?
Absolutely yes! Since everything is made to order, I leave all of my products up on the website all year round so if you are a planner you can grab your goodies whenever you would like too! I always try to create new designs and spruce up old ones, which is the benefit of waiting for the holiday drops, but I totally get wanting to plan ahead so you can purchase whenever you'd like too!
Do you take custom orders?
Uhhhhm yes! I love custom orders! Make sure to fill out the form on my website or email me at goldieletterco@gmail.com and we can plan out your new custom item!
