Word of the Year

So I used to be one that planned out New Year's Resolutions but it was too hard for me to keep up with them because they were so specific. When I couldn't achieve them I would get discouraged and stop trying all together. So the last few years I have chosen a WORD OF THE YEAR to help me focus my intentions for the year. That way the goals I use can all fit or work with this word. It gives you a path in which to take for your year rather than a straight line.
